Ads in your account, on your card, with no markup.

From $450/month plus ad spend. Google Search, Meta, and YouTube campaigns built in your accounts, not mine. You pay the platforms directly, you see every dollar, and you keep everything if we stop working together.

The billing model is the whole argument.

Most agencies bill a percentage of your ad spend. Think about what that rewards.

If my fee rises when your budget rises, I am paid to recommend bigger budgets — regardless of whether the last increase worked. That conflict sits quietly underneath every strategy conversation you have with a percentage-billed agency, and you will never be certain which side of it a given recommendation came from.

Flat $450/month removes it. If I tell you to increase spend, it is because the numbers support it, and my invoice is identical either way. If I tell you to pause a campaign, that costs me nothing to say.

What the month looks like.

Weekly optimization, not monthly attention.

Setup covers account structure, conversion tracking that actually fires, keyword and audience research, negative keyword lists, ad copy variants, and landing pages built to match each ad. Then every week: search term review, budget shifts toward what converts, bid adjustments, creative rotation, and pausing whatever is spending without returning.

Negative keywords deserve specific mention because they are where small accounts bleed. Without disciplined pruning you pay for ‘free’, ‘jobs’, ‘diy’, and every neighboring city you do not serve. That is unglamorous weekly work and it is most of the difference between a profitable account and an expensive one.

Reporting you can check.

Spend, clicks, cost per click, conversions, cost per conversion, and what I changed. Every figure verifiable in your own account.

Because the accounts are yours, nothing in my report is something you have to take on trust — you can log in and look. That is deliberate. The reporting exists to explain the numbers and say what I would do next, not to be the only place you can see them.

Where PPC and SEO pair well: paid search tells you within weeks which terms actually convert, and that is expensive information to guess at organically. Several clients run ads deliberately to find the terms worth targeting long-term.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

If yours isn't here, just ask — I reply personally within one business day.

Do you mark up my ad spend?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly with your own card, and you can log in and verify every dollar any time. My $450/month is management, entirely separate from media. Percentage-of-spend billing creates an incentive to spend more, which is the wrong incentive to hand your agency.
What's the minimum ad budget?
$500/month is my recommended floor, and that is about data rather than profit. Below it, clicks arrive too slowly to tell a genuine winner from noise, and you end up optimizing on randomness. If $500 is not available yet, SEO and referral work will serve you better for now and I will say so.
How fast will I see leads?
Search ads can produce leads in the first week because you are buying existing demand. Whether those leads are profitable takes four to six weeks to establish. The first month is largely buying information — which terms convert, which are expensive noise — and the second month is where the account starts earning.
Google or Facebook?
Google Search when people are actively looking for what you sell — high intent, higher cost per click, shorter path to a sale. Meta when you need to create demand or reach a well-defined audience who are not searching yet — cheaper clicks, longer path. Most local service businesses should start with Search.
Who writes the landing pages?
I do, and it is included. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage is the most common and most expensive mistake in small-business PPC — you pay for the click and then ask the visitor to go find what they were promised. The page matches the ad, or the money leaks.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, 30 days' notice, and the accounts are yours. I build in your Google Ads and Meta accounts, never in an agency container, so if we part ways you keep the campaigns, the history, and the learning. Agencies that build in their own accounts are holding your data hostage.
