Flagship · P27 AI

You don't need to become an AI expert.

You need someone who already is: sitting next to you, mapping where your hours go, and setting up AI the right way for your business. I build custom GPTs, automations, and workflow systems that take repeat work off a small-business owner's plate.

AI for small business · Jacksonville & Orange Park

The three buckets where your time goes.

These are the three places I look first. The industry changes, but the pattern usually doesn't, which is why AI set up right can help almost any small business. Want to find yours first? Start with the free AI Time-Leak Checklist.

01

Admin eats the week.

Client intake forms. Scheduling dances. Email triage. Drafting quotes. Follow-ups that never happen. The calendar fills with things that don't move the business forward but still have to get done.

What I build Custom GPTs that draft proposals, quotes, and follow-ups in your voice. Automations that route lead info to your CRM, calendar, and inbox without copy-paste.

02

Writing takes forever.

Emails you've written a hundred times. Product descriptions. Social captions. The blog post you "should" publish. You sit down to write, and an hour later the cursor's still blinking.

What I build A prompt library built from your own writing samples, so first drafts start in your voice instead of generic ChatGPT copy.

03

Internal knowledge is trapped.

Staff asking the same questions. Hours lost hunting through shared drives. Every new hire re-learns what the last three already knew. Your brain becomes the bottleneck.

What I build A custom GPT trained on your processes, pricing, voice, and playbooks. Staff gets answers without interrupting you. Onboarding becomes "talk to the assistant first."

The offer

Start with a plan. Build what's worth it.

Every P27 AI engagement starts with the same $750 workflow audit. After that, it's your call: have me build what's in the plan for a fixed price, add monthly coaching, or run the plan yourself.

Step 1 · Start here

Workflow audit

$750 fixed · one-time

A half day together, on site or over video. I watch how your work gets done, interview you and your team, and come back with a written plan of the 3 to 5 highest-value AI automations for your business. It's a plan, not a build: a document you'll actually read and can run with or without me.

  • Half a day on site or over video: interviews plus watching the work
  • For each automation, the hours it could save each week
  • Setup cost and monthly running cost for each one
  • The order to build them in, and which tools to use
  • A fixed-price quote in writing if you want me to build any of them

Guarantee: if the written plan doesn't show at least 3 hours a week your business can win back, I refund the $750.

Step 2 · After the audit

Build-out

Want me to build what's in your plan? I quote a fixed price in writing after the audit, typically $1,500 to $3,500. You get the custom GPTs and automations you choose, documentation, and a walkthrough video.

For teams of 5+

Premium retainer

Weekly office hours, priority response, quarterly strategy. For teams with heavy AI dependence or multiple departments. $1,000 / month, month to month. Available after an audit + 3 months on the standard retainer.

Where the hours hide

Examples of what I can build.

Common small-business workflows where AI can take over a lot of the repeat work. Not every business needs all of these; the audit is how we figure out which ones are worth building for yours.

Client-intake forms that draft proposals.

Intake

Fill your intake form, a custom GPT reads the answers, and your Calendly-connected inbox receives a draft proposal in your voice, ready to review, edit, and send.

Meeting transcripts turned into social posts.

Content

Record a 30-minute client call or sermon. An automation runs the transcript through a voice-trained GPT and produces a short blog, 3 social captions, and 1 newsletter paragraph.

Staff Q&A without interrupting you.

Team

A custom GPT trained on your internal processes, pricing, policies, and voice. Staff asks the GPT first; only the weird cases ever reach your desk. New hires get answers without waiting on you.

Follow-up emails that actually get sent.

Follow-up

Trigger personalized follow-ups after calls, proposals, and purchases: drafted in your voice, queued for your review, sent with one click. The follow-ups you always meant to send actually happen.

Review replies in your brand voice.

Reviews

Replies to Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews drafted in a consistent voice: friendly for 5-star reviews, diplomatic for critical ones. You review and post instead of starting from a blank box.

A weekly newsletter draft from your notes.

Newsletter

Feed the GPT your week's activity (sermons, blog posts, client wins, events) and get back a newsletter draft in your voice with a few subject lines to pick from. Review, tweak, send.

Built for your industry

The workflows are different in every trade.

The general AI advice is the same everywhere, which is exactly why it rarely helps. What a roofer needs automated is not what a dental practice needs automated, and neither looks like a law firm. Each page below is the version of this work built for that trade, including what I will tell you not to automate in it.

Real estate: AgentEdge

A productized AI system for agents and teams: listing copy, follow-up sequences, and social in your voice. Flat rate, no per-seat pricing: Starter $497, Full Playbook $1,200 + $300/month, Team System $500/month.

How an engagement runs

From first call to a working system.

No black box, no sales sequence. Here's the full path from first email to a live AI system you're using daily.

Free · 30 minutes

A free call.

A free 30-minute call. I ask more questions than I answer. The goal is to understand what you're trying to do and whether I can help. No pitch theater. If it's not a fit, I say so and point you elsewhere.

Audit · $750

Intake form.

You fill out a short intake covering your workflow, tools, customers, and the tasks that eat your week, so the half day goes to the right places.

Half a day together

The workflow audit.

We meet on site or over video for a working session. I watch how the work gets done, interview you and your team, and find where the hours are really going, not where you think they're going.

Written plan

Audit deliverable.

A plain-English plan with the top 3 to 5 AI automations for your business: the hours each could save, setup and running cost, and the order to build them. If you want me to build any of them, I quote a fixed price in writing. You can also run the plan without me.

Build-out · Optional

Custom GPTs + automations built.

If you want me to build, this is where I build: custom GPTs set up from samples of your writing, Zapier or Make automations to connect your tools, and a written playbook for each system. Fixed price, quoted in writing after the audit, typically $1,500 to $3,500. You get a walkthrough video and documentation at handoff.

Ongoing · $500/mo

Monthly coaching retainer.

Two 30-minute office-hour calls a month to refine what's working, adjust what isn't, train your staff, and keep up with new tools. Month to month, cancel anytime.

Tools I work with: ChatGPT Claude Gemini Microsoft Copilot Zapier Make Custom GPTs

Bias toward tools your team can maintain without me. No proprietary lock-in.

The rare combination

One person who can build the site and the AI system.

A lot of AI consultants don't build websites, and a lot of web designers don't set up AI. I do both, so your brand, your site, and your AI system all move in the same direction instead of being stitched together from three vendors.

Existing web client? Ask about the workflow audit at your next project close-out. New client? Start with either; they reinforce each other.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

Can't I just use ChatGPT myself?
You can, and you've probably tried. The issue isn't access. It's knowing what to ask in a way that matches your voice and your workflow. A custom GPT set up with your services, prices, and writing samples starts every draft from your business instead of from scratch, and it runs on the same tools anyone can open. The value is in how it's set up.
Is $750 a lot for a half day?
It's a fixed price, not hourly. You get the half-day audit and a written plan of the 3 to 5 highest-value automations for your business, with the hours each could save, the setup and running cost, and the order to build them. You can run the plan with or without me, and buying the audit doesn't commit you to anything else.
What if the audit doesn't find much?
Then you get your money back. If the written plan doesn't show at least 3 hours a week your business can win back, I refund the $750.
Will AI emails and posts sound fake or not like my voice?
That's why I set up custom GPTs from your own writing samples. I can show you the difference on the free call: generic ChatGPT next to a GPT set up with your voice. You review every draft before it goes out, and if your GPT starts to sound off, it's a quick adjustment, not a start-over problem.
What if my business is too specific for generic AI to help?
That's the point. I don't sell templates. The audit maps your workflow before anything gets built, so what gets built fits how you work. If your workflow is too niche for AI to help, I'll tell you on the free call and we won't start.
How much does it cost to build what's in the plan?
It's a fixed price, quoted in writing after the audit, typically $1,500 to $3,500 depending on what you choose to build. Anything outside that scope gets quoted in writing before I start. No surprise hourly bills.
Can I cancel the retainer anytime?
Yes. Retainers are month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, and service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for. I'd rather you stay because the work is good than because you're locked in.
What happens to my custom GPTs if I stop working with you?
They're yours. The custom GPTs live in your OpenAI account, with a one-page guide. The automations live in your Zapier or Make account. If we part ways, nothing breaks. No vendor lock-in, no hostage systems.
I'm in real estate. Do you have something specific for agents?
Yes: AgentEdge, a productized AI system for real estate agents. Same work, different packaging, flat rate with no per-seat pricing: Starter $497 one time, Full Playbook $1,200 + $300/month, and Team System $500/month flat for 3 to 10 agents.
Do you do enterprise AI integrations?
No. This is built for small businesses (1 to 30 people), churches, nonprofits, and solopreneurs. If you need custom ERP integration, B2B data pipelines, or enterprise security reviews, I'll point you to a firm that specializes in that.
Ready when you are

Let's see where AI could save you hours.

A free 30-minute call. No pitch. I'll ask you about your week, you'll tell me where the time goes, and we'll figure out together whether AI is worth it for your business. If not, I'll say so.
