Web design in Orange Park, by someone who drives there.
Websites, branding, and AI help for Orange Park small businesses. One-page sites $800 flat, full sites from $1,500, AI workflow audits from $750. Fixed prices, direct access to me, and close enough that on-site work is normal rather than an exception.
Orange Park is not a suburb of my keyword list.
Plenty of Jacksonville agencies list Orange Park on a page they built to list towns. This is not that page.
Orange Park sits in Clay County, on the other side of the Buckman from most of Jacksonville's business district, and that geography does real work. Businesses along Blanding Boulevard and Kingsley Avenue are competing for customers who live in Clay County and work in Duval — people whose search behavior, commute, and sense of “local” do not match a downtown Jacksonville business at all.
It also has a large military population from NAS Jacksonville next door, which means a steady churn of new residents who arrive knowing nothing about local businesses and find them entirely through search. If you serve Orange Park, that is not a marketing detail — it is a meaningful share of your addressable market renewing itself every couple of years.
The county line is a real local-search problem.
This is the single most common issue I find on Orange Park business websites, and it is invisible from the front end.
An Orange Park business builds a website. The developer, reasonably, optimizes it for Jacksonville, because that is the metro and the bigger number. The Google Business Profile gets a Jacksonville service area. Every page says Jacksonville. And then the business is competing against every agency, contractor, and shop in a city of a million people for terms where it has no proximity advantage, while being outranked in its own town by businesses that simply said Orange Park.
Proximity is the largest single driver of local pack variance. Being the closest credible option to the searcher is the advantage an Orange Park business actually has, and pointing everything at Jacksonville throws it away.
What I do for businesses here.
The same services as everywhere, with the on-site parts actually happening on site.
Websites — $800 for a one-page site, from $1,500 for four pages. Fast, accessible, and built so you can find your own phone number on a phone.
AI workflow audits — from $750 for a half day. This one genuinely benefits from proximity; I would rather watch your front desk work than have it described to me.
Local SEO — from $500/month, with the Clay County positioning problem above as the usual first fix.
Logos and brand strategy — from $750 and $1,500.
Who I'm a good fit for here.
Small enough that you are the one making the decision, established enough that the decision matters.
Trades and home services along the Blanding and Wells Road corridors. Professional practices and clinics. Churches and nonprofits. Independent retail and restaurants that have outgrown a Facebook page. Anyone who has been quoted $25,000 by an agency for something that should cost $2,500.
Who I am not a fit for: businesses wanting the cheapest possible site, businesses wanting guaranteed rankings, and anyone who needs a team of ten on the account. P27 is one person on purpose — you talk to me, every time, which is the whole advantage and also the constraint.
